I would like to visit here again. I was a chorister in 1962 but they sent me away. I clearly remember Sunday school in the Church Hall to the rear. I remember it smelled of "war time" and every time I see an episode of "Dad's Army" I think of that church Hall. I have photo's of the VE day party that was held, before my birth, nearly on the spot this photo was taken. The field to the rear of the church had a ring of trees and an ancient air.

Great to hear about St Stephens I also was a member in the 1960's still am. We are having a 75th Anniversay this year, through the year really and you are more than welcome to come, everyone is invited who was connected to the church.
