Sihuatán means "The Sleeping Woman" in nahuat language and the reason for that you can understand if (with a few imagination)look the Guazapa´s mountain.......... It looks like a giant woman resting on the top of the mountain(you can see the face, the bust and in the picture, the feets are hidden by clouds).
