Hi May,

Sehnsüchte steigen auf mit dem Dreigestirn der Berner Alpen im Hintergrund. Es ist schön in solch begnadeter Gegend daheim zu sein.

May, I often skip over panoramas. I think it's because of my love of strong composition, and that is not a strong point of most panoramas. (Besides, my laptop doesn't have a very big screen, so I don't see the details as well as one would on something larger.) But I'm so glad I opened this. The interesting, rolling landscape is crowned by the mountain range. Beautiful!

Best wishes, Marilyn

Hallo May I love panorama photo's especially when you can zoom-in and look at all the nice details. This one is beautifully done. Very nice weekend, Wim

黄放, Marilyn, and Wim, thank you so much for your wonderful comments! I tried to give an impression, like I have, when viewing the mountains across the Emmental hills with the houses and fields, I think, they just belong to it :) ! 黄放, special thanks for the Y*!

My best wishes to all of you! May

I would like to join to this conversation because I just marked YS for this picture. Making a good Panorama is art on its own. I don’t see too many panoramas in May’s gallery, but this one is done perfectly, sized just right. I think panoramas are invented for the computer/armchair tourists. I made some, had my two minutes of fame but this time I would like to salute the man, Jim Dockery whose incredible work showed me the way how to make panorama pictures. The provided link could take you to the western USA as this one can take me to Switzerland. I can’t imagine a better rainy autumn morning than this.

Regards from Port Moody, B.C., Canada, Gabe

Holger, ganz herzlichen Dank für dein Kompliment und dafür, dass du offensichtlich das Bild auch in der Vergrösserung angesehen hast. Ich liebe "meine" Berge und die Hügellandschaft davor sehr. :) Herzliche Grüsse, May

Ja,natürlich muß ein Panorama in der Vergrößerung angeschaut werden. Es giebt so vieles zu entdecken.Gruß,Holger.
