I had wondered what had become of you May? No pictures for ages but back with a bang! Love this one and want to be in that car, or even more want to stand where you did.

Glad you are well, Ian

Simona, Ansca, Edmundo, Huang Fang, Ian, thank you all very much for joining me in this wild gorge! ;)

True, Edmundo, in those environments we get an idea, not only of our small size, but also of our own unimportance.

Ian, thank you so much for asking! My computer didn't let me upload any new photos. It's now the old ones I can't upload. ;) So I take the chance and put my latest photos.

If you ever travel South to the Gotthard region, Ticino or Italy, I recommend you to go up to Andermatt, it's really worthwile, no matter, if by car or our excellent railways. If you take the way over Lucerne to go to the Grisons or Wallis, this is also a spectacular way to choose, if the weather is good and if you don't mind crossing the mountain passes.

I'll show you all three passes and some others later on our journey. In order not to overload this page, I have added some more pictures on my second page, in case anyone is interested. To be continued...

My best wishes to all of you, May

Tony, Thank you very much for viewing and commenting this photo! Warm regards, May

Alfred, ja, wildromantisch, je nach Wetter auch bedrohlich wirkt diese Schlucht. Gruss, May

I am late in replying so cannot be the first to say it, but I will third it after Tony and Alfred - WOW MAY! A gorgeous capture of what really looks like a 'wild gorge.' Stunning in b&w and wonderful perspective. Beautiful! Greetings renewed, alicia

Alicia, yes, it's b&w which shows something of these very impressing grey walls. Thank you so much for commenting it! My best wishes, May
