Is this accessible to the public or on private land?

This waterfall is on private property but it is accessable to the public. At least it was a couple years ago when I was there. The property owner opened a 60 acre area for motorcycle riding on trails and a motocross track. Don't know if it's still open though.

I am a waterfalloholic photographer. This looks like a huge falls. Do you know how tall it is? Is this located on Roaring Road off CR41? I was just down there this past week looking for a waterfall. I figured one was there because of the name of Highfalls. I went down that road and could hear the falls but couldn't see them and didn't have the nerve to go past all the "No Trespassing" sign's. There wasn't anyone at what I think was the ATV park you refer to. Could you give me directions? I'm going to try to get permission to go back to them to photograph them.

I was able to get to these falls by riding the trails at the motocross park. I actually had to ride down the creek a ways to get to the falls. I don't know of any other way to get there unless you walk. I think the falls are about 12-15 feet high. There are actually two water falls fairly near each other. Both are down hill to the east of the motocross track about 2-300 yards or so.
