Great artistic image Ian. I think it would be in the Modern Art section at a gallery. :)

Best regards, Tom

Realy good perspective shot Ian Your title is very original! Greetings

What you think about Art, Tom, is important. I appreciate the comment. This is not one that belongs in your 'mastery of light' folio, though!

And, Antonietta, it is good to see familiar places from a different perspective, don't you agree. Here the media 'affectionately' refer to the Harbour Bridge" as the Coathanger, so I played with that idea.

Appreciatively, my regards to you both.

I came looking for plover chicks. Still nothing, but I like this one a lot!

Greetings from northern California,

Thanks church and Elemér. Different perspective works for me, but I guess it depends on artistic tastes. So thank you for your confirmations and encouragements.

And Paul, the chixpix were attempted, though it was difficult withoit an hide. The parents were very aggressive still, and the 3 chicks were dispersed and hiding but I found two. I am slow to upload for others have told me I am uploading too often, they are not keeping up. So its a combination of not having any brilliant chickpix and heeding advice.

But they will be up, at least until you see them. And thanks for the appreciation of this dreamy night perspective on the otherwise familiar.

Dear Ian ! Really I was a long time ago at you , but I was ill through long time unfortunately! I see that you took very many wonderful photos! Fantastic sight, very beautiful and especial photo! My kindest regards, Tamás

Ian Stehbens on October 11, 2008

I appreciate your kindness and your friendship Tamás. And I would that I could have visited you during your illness and so I trust that the photos that I have been uploading are some enocuragement to you and your photography, and that you fell our fellowship when ever you are exploring my folio, as I do when I am in your gallery.

I trust that the artistic photos encourage your creativity, and that the landscapes excite your imagination.

Appreciatively and warmly,

Ian
