My father, Lt(E) William Redvers Forster, was the engineering officer on HMS Venomous in May 1945 when it and HMS Valorous came to Kristiansand to accept the surrender of the German naval forces.
I would like to include your photograph of the harbour in an account of my father's life which I am publishing privately for the family.
Can I have your consent?
