One interesting to see the times on the walls is different! How can they determine the times to control the dam?

When the picture was taken, both clock had the same time, when the DST in USA is applied, then the difference between both state is one hour, Arizona no follow the DST policy. Remember the Hoover Dam is the Borderline.
