It's a magnificent scene, and when viewed full size we get a great sense of the scale by the presence of the two people...not hikers, they seem to be in awe of the scene too.
It was awe inspiring Hank -- thanks for the comment. My hiking buds were looking up at the massive rock formations that frame the other side of this box canyon. Looks like you have been wandering around Georgia and Virginia, there should be some great fall colors there soon.
I love the composition and the gentle colors of this, Bruce.
Thank you Marilyn -- much appreciated. I am looking forward to some fall photos of Ontario from you.
I agree with Hank that this one really gives us a sense of scale for this beautiful scenery Bruce. Love this portrait composition as well.
Best regards, Tom
Thank you Tom -- it is one of my favorite hikes.
Preciosa foto, fanatico paisaje, un saludo desde España Miguel

WOW..amazing view..so many wonderful textures and contrasts. I hardly noticed the two people gazing out until I read Hanks note. When I enlarged it, well, soooo vast. Great capture!
Gracias por sus palabras agradables Miguel.
Good to hear from you again Julie, I am glad you could enlarge this photo -- it really makes a lot of difference for this picture.
What an amazing view and photo. Great scenery. The two men look very tiny in this wonderful Rocky Mountain landscape.
Happy trails, Jan
Thank you Jan -- the Rocky Mountains make me feel very tiny too.
