Trois Mamelles and Montagne du Rempart from Curepipe area. They are remnants of volcanic range (rim) of Late Neogene (ca 8 - 3 mil. years) basaltic volcanoes which formed main part of Mauritius island. The same origin had mountains in Moka range - Le Pouce (812m), and Pieter Both (823m) - near the capital city - Port Louis.

Rafal, thanks for your interest. Yes, for us, inhabitants of central Europe, are exotic subjects very mysterious. This shot I made several minutes before strong storm... But for me are famous also unconventional pictures from opposite - northern side of Carpathians mountains. Every time I like short trips behind polish border in Tatry Mts. - it is for me very mysterious, because it is a new angle of wiew on known slovak mountains. From zour shots are the most interesting for methis one.Greetings from windy and rainy southwest Slovakia' Jan
