Greetings Placebo. This shot is a classic beauty, but it needs a little editing to realize its greatness. First, it should be rotated about 2 degrees clockwise (right), then it would benefit from some careful lightening to bring out the colors and details of the fishermen and the buildings.

I on't mean to be critical but I see this as a wonderful shot, so please excuse me and don't feel offended.
