The owner is a Miami developer, rents his house for Hollywood movies and TV programs; saw a TV special about it. I've definitely seen it in CSI Miami, I think more than once. This is not where Scarface was filmed - that house is another classic in another part of town.

Manolos house was in either El Prado Blvd or Pine Ave in the Grove just off Douglas. Tony Montanas, I thought for a while it was a house in one of this island, but they would have probrably used the water to have the Columbia attach the house. There was a scene where the cops where siting outside their house. but for the life of me I can not remember where the house is. Probably the Grove too.
