The owner is a Miami developer, rents his house for Hollywood movies and TV programs; saw a TV special about it. I've definitely seen it in CSI Miami, I think more than once. This is not where Scarface was filmed - that house is another classic in another part of town.

This house was built in 2003 and therefore not in either Scarface or Miami Vice.
