I didn't know what to expect but I can remember being disappointed when the only roar I heard came from a steam train coming from Holyhead.

Thanks, Llion, 'My' discovered lion does indeed live on the mainland. I live and work in Rugby but have three days holiday the week after next and will go back to my parents in Porthmadog.
