Greeting Marilyn, Thanks for visiting and commenting. I hope the eyes didn't suffer any damage from the color. The flash on the camera fired and intensified orange, but the paint is also fresh and the building really is bright orange! It was actually kind of a pretty contrast with the light and dark greens of the forest surrounding the shrine.
