Fantastic Photo Hank... love the perspective and how the stairs get lost in the leaves of the tree..

Very nice! Light and shadows are typical of the fall! Cheers, Matteo.

Hank, you've let us enjoy the beauty of the park without the physical exertion--or, of course, the physical benefit! The other two shots give a strong feeling of "being there," But I especially like this with its touch of mystery and invitation to explore.

Greetings my friends, Rafael, Matteo, Marilyn and Sylvie. This shot was taken last weekend while I was out exploring for Fall colors. There aren't many waterfalls in New Jersey so when I saw that this park was listed as having one, I thought "Eureka!."

Well the stream was low and the falls were all but non-existant, but the walk in the woods was delightful...about a week or so early for full Fall colors, but a wonderful find, jsut the same.

What I liked especially about this shot was the varying layers of leaves that guarded the stone steps to the top where the runner seemed to glide by as though she was Peter Pan flying through the trees.

Thanks for all you kind words. I'm glad you enjoyed this short series.

Thank you Olya M. I'm glad you liked the photo. I was both surprised and delighted when I found this park, tucked away into a small corner of New Jersey.

Best regards,
