Thanks...there should be like ten times the amount of water flowing over the falls, but it's been bone-dry around here for so long, everything's dried up. Supposed to rain this week, but I'm not holding my breath...

as you can see we have a surplus of water on our side so maybe the balance of nature has finally been tilted after years of effort by modern society.

I had to bring out detail in the shadows a bit, but that's pretty much how it came straight from the camera. I used a Nikon D40, f22 @ 1/10, ISO 200, set to normal contrast, high saturation, hard sharpening. I should have gone back after all the rain we'd been getting (this was taken back in '08, during the drought).
