Spring is in the air, March 26th, 2007 - A pigeon looking for a handout on the Bowling Green Bridge across the River Dour, Dover.

Even allowing for how tame the town pigeons are (this is one of the spots where people feed them), I was still a bit surprised the pigeon allowed me to get this close - must've thought the camera was a large chunk of bread, I guess.

In addition to those found under the "Bowling Green" tag, the following photos were also taken nearby:

The Pigeon who thinks It`s an Eagle, River Dour

River Dour Cleaning, Ladywell Carpark

And two pubs:

The Park Inn (my local!)

The Sir John Falstaff

Plus, of course, all photos of the Town Hall.
