A nice little line of fall color here in the valley.

Wow, that's an understatement! Blazing colour, superb! We saw a program on TV a while ago, where all these deviant British kids were carted off to Utah to a camp to sort them out...it looked fantastic scenery, and from this photo, the clear, cold air wasn't just a special effect on the tv screen.
Even those little topiarized balls in the foreground are red..fantastic, I could really almost put up with some cold weather to get the 'fall'.
I think I'll stick you in my favourites, so i can keep an eye on the change of colours and your dry humour too, it's so entertaining...:)
Very best wishes, not1word, sue

Utah does have a few of those rehabilitative camps lurking about. I think partly it's because Utah is surrounded by a lot of empty space. All the other states seem to be keeping their distance.
I'm glad you liked the shot. I'll do my best to live up to expectations. :)

Thanks, Ben. I keep looking for more of the reds. Keep coming up with plenty of yellow. I'll keep looking...
Looks like you've been busy, too.

N1W, Lovely colors. It's great to get to see them this year. In Dallas, we have green and brown. We have to wait for spring for our color.
Cheers

Thanks, Christopher. That would be one of the things which I would not like about living in the southern parts of the U.S., the lack of season changes. It's the trade-offs in life that we have to reconcile.
