Thank you Ana for visiting my photos, and I'm pleased you liked this one. I hope you didn't open the latest "Parallax error" one. I only posted it to show someone else the limitations of the macro facility on this camera. I shall be deleting it soon! This is a lovely little harbour near where we live, and it is easy to get nice photos here. Hilsen fra Norge. Amelia

Mercurial surfaces,

silvery light

reflections of leaden black forms

softly shining palest sun that fails to warm

as shadows grow longer than the lines of this poem

Dear Mike, my Bonnie Lad, I cannot understand how I failed to miss your wonderful lines under this photo. This is one of my favourite photos of the Tananger area. I took it about 2 weeks after I first arrived in Norway!

Ca canny noo, Amelia

Hi Amelia,

Welcome to TTT. I love the reflection on the water, and the contrast it makes with the stern of the boat. Great picture in it's own right, and the set of three go very well together. Good luck with them all.

Best Wishes Peter
