The Zeebrugge Bell (from the Zeebrugge Mole, Belgium) on the front of Dover's Town Hall is rung every April 23rd on St. George's Day to commemorate Admiral of the Fleet Sir Roger Keyes' famous (although not particularly successful) Zeebrugge Raid in 1918.
More information on the Zeebrugge Raid.
The comment appended to this photo describes the location of the Zeebrugge Bell on the front of the Town Hall.
