Lake 282 is one of the best fishing hole I have ever known in Northwest Ontario. This fishing hole is located northeast of Musselwhite Mine. Musselwhite Mine is about 2 hours drive north of Pickle Lake.

You are quite right. Some of the pictures I have posted required a bit more effort to get there, either by driving or taking a twin otter and a helicopter. These areas are so remote, but they are so wonderful at various times of the year..
