Greengage Cottage, Suffolk

Awesome shot of this magnificent house. It's a very good idea to put chicken wire over it. Is it yours?

Thanks Jan - I do love this place - although the cottage has stood for over 400 years the roof now needs a new ridge on the top (the straw will be grown next year locally to fix it) but it is still home sweet home for now.

The wire keeps the birds and other creatures away from living in the roof - ingenious.
