when i look at the map next door and move it around the whole area is the same. even a cranberry hwy

Thanks Steve for pointing at the map and the cranberry hwy! Cool.

It reminds me of the water gardens we have here where they grow and sell water lilies.

Oh so pretty, amazing blues and greens.

Thanks, steve, Jean, and Cal ! Yup - this area of Massachusetts produces something like 1/4 of the US cranberries (though Wisconsin is the biggest producer.) The bogs are all over the place as you drive around south eastern Mass. I found out from reading some of the links I've put in some of these shots that cranberries are the single biggest crop the state produces! And Cal - the colors of the dry bogs are pretty muted autumn colors, which are beautiful in their own way.

Glad everyone's finding this as interesting as I did - LOL, especially since I avoided posting them for a few weeks because now I've just about pushed all the other shots off the first page, never to be viewed again!.. :<

I am shocked that you think i only look at your first page i make a point of looking at all the photos a person has. in this way i know if they get a Y* or not i have seen every photo of all my fav's. its could be true if that is the case the people are shallow not realy looking at the value of the person.

Bits-n-Pieces on October 26, 2008

well Thanks steve for being a good dedicated Favorite! But don't you find that once a shot moves off the first page the views grind mostly to a halt?

Jean Gregory Evans on October 26, 2008

I agree with you B-n-P! It is true! And Steve, you are a rarety. I like to look at a lot of the photos when I first arrive in a gallery but time doesn't allow for a full visit. I have to go back and look more later. But I would like to see every photo. I like to go back to the first page of photos and work back up to the front to get the big picture about the person. Sometimes if we only focus on that last photo, we really miss out. I am sure you both know what I am saying!

i think you need to see the type of person you are dealing with and how can you make that out on the first page. we would have to say BNP is obsessed with cranberries which would not be true as i know just a little and a big lump of BNP. i would like to think thy are there for me & others to learn as thats why i am here learn of this world and the nuts who live in it.
