A side view of Caponnier No.4 in the Drop Redoubt moat system.
The image was taken on March 28th, 2007 from where the Southeast Lines begins its descent to the cliff edge. This 'run-off' moat contains the southeastern entrance.
Behind the viewer is the only 'corner' of the Drop Redoubt polygon without a Caponnier.

The Drop Redoubt is only part of Dover's extensive Napoleonic defenses - click on Western Heights and then check the tag list for all the locations covered (eg North Centre Bastion, Grand Shaft, North Entrance - more will be added as time goes on).
