Last week I taught a course on Religion as a Resource for Peace, Marilyn and there were some wonderful times when the whole clas went through a transformation. It was a week of sacred sessions and special moments. Islam, Christianity, Buddhism and Hindhuism were all considered in terms of the contribution to building peace that each makes through their 'founders', Scriptures, traditions and heroes. Of course, this friend was with us.
