Fort Ware is a small Native settlement. One school one store. Nearest full service town is Prince George, a 10 hour drive over gravel roads.

Wow - so neat to see after all these years. I was in Ft. Ware as a teen - 40 years ago - could only get there by boat or plane - we came in by boat - stayed overnight in the mountains beside the river!! I was a friend of the store owner's daughter. Thanks for the picture!! :)
