Thanks Arpad. Can you eat them the way they lie at your dinner plate? Do you prepare them? I don't know what to say now. Are they delicious?

I've covered them in egg and breadcrumbs after cleaning. I've fried them and eaten. It is the one of the most delicious mushroom WHEN THEY ARE WHITE! You can cook it in various ways (stew, egg, fried...). Sorry for my weak "kitchen" English. :-)

Mindig tanulok valamit itt a Panoramion :-) Gyapjas tintagomba!

Várgesztesen éltünk 15 éves koromig. Erdő vette körül a falut, szinte abban nőttem fel. Rengeteg gombát szedtünk és ettünk akkoriban, a mi kedvenceink az őzlábgomba és a pöfeteg voltak, no meg a csiperke! :-)
