For Jan!

Thanks Arpad. Can you eat them the way they lie at your dinner plate? Do you prepare them? I don't know what to say now. Are they delicious?

Greetings Arpad.

I've covered them in egg and breadcrumbs after cleaning. I've fried them and eaten. It is the one of the most delicious mushroom WHEN THEY ARE WHITE! You can cook it in various ways (stew, egg, fried...). Sorry for my weak "kitchen" English. :-)

Best wishes, Arpad

Mindig tanulok valamit itt a Panoramion :-) Gyapjas tintagomba!

Üdv, Reni
