Park of youth is an area that used to be army barracks for Yugoslav Army until they left in 1991 (those dwarfs stole my tennis balls before they left). Then for a few years it was a living center for refugees from Bosnia. Now there is this little park with trees and a few secondary schools, but the south-west quadrant of the area is still undeveloped.
