Hello Amelia, This is a lovely sunset you caught at just the right time. The sky and water coulours contrast beautifully with the dark rocks. Very nice.
Greetings and Merry Christmas from New Zealand, John
Hello John and welcome to my gallery and thank you so much for this lovely comment. It's lovely, as you probably know, waiting for the magical moment.
Greetings from the UK to New Zealand, Amelia

Hello Darko, I haven't looked at this one for a very long time. Thank you for your compliment, and finding this one so deeply hidden in my gallery :)
Greetings to you, Amelia
Now I found this lovely sunset too, "deeply hidden in your gallery", Amelia. But the way was not so far as you perhaps would think. It was only two pics right from this interesting composition!
Anyway, I like this sunset very much!
I wonder how you managed to find this one, Klaus. Yes - this area is very near the memorial stone to those who lost their lives when a steamship, Victoria, ran onto the rocks in 1903. There were 18 fatalities and 5 survivors. I am delighted that you liked this sunset. The photo was taken with a cheap camera, but it gave me a good introduction to digital photography.
