WoW!! Perfect architecture!!! Super photo!!!
Best regards from Russia, Natalia
Hello Natalia, it is one of the few casles at the Rhine, which never where destroyed.
Thank you for your visit. Greetings klaus
Klaus, I see this is the castle in the other photo with the wide river. It really is spectacular, isn't it?!
Oh yes, it is the typical castle of the knights in the middle ages. In 1990 the castle was copied in the German cultural village Ueno on the Japanese island Miyako jima original-faithfully, after the originally planned sale, evacuation and reconstruction on Miyako jima was rejected by the owner. :-)
Klaus, I have done special orders for people and it is heartbreaking when they decide at the last minute that they changed their mind. I can't hardly imagine what that deal must have been like. What happened then?
Oh, I unterstand, automatic translation...
Japanese investors wanted to buy the whole castle, disassemble it and planed to send it completely to Japan, but the german owner rejected. So they made a perfect copy of it in Ueno on the Japanese island Miyako jima:-))
Beautiful castle, nice shot.
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you
Best wishes from Beijing, HF
Thank you Huang Fang, I also wish you and your family all the best for the next year! Klaus
