The bridge really has a massive presence in the photo Chris - is it so in life? Nice shot. Chris

The bridge really has a massive presence in the photo Chris - is it so in life? Yes it is the most dominant feature of Sydney Harbour or for that matter the whole of Sydney. The highest point is 468ft and the length of the main span between the towers is 1650ft. The closest tower has a public viewing tower from where this image was taken

good choice for the point of view. well cropped and i could see little to nothing shadows on the sky to bridge transit. thats an good hdr if i should guess. the sky is a little to bright for my feeling of that photo but that is all i could give you as an comment. thanks for charing your pictures. i will have a look on your work here.

P.S. I would be glad to see this land with my own eyes some time.

Greetings from Germany

Sven thanks for the comments. This image is not an hdr or even a blended image except for levels and contrast it is very much out of the camera.

* Anico, Judit, vterezia, and Pear* Thanks for the comments and feed back. I was not in contact with the web during most of the NPC. At the end there the view count had not gone up much and there were very few comments so when the results were posted it took me by surprise. This seems to back up comments made elsewhere in the forum IE the images are being judged on thumbnails. But on a more positive note the votes are not so much on who knows who (I think). Cheers Chris
