This memorial is for the alied soldiers that fell during the liberation of Baarland, october 26th 1944... This was the British 52nd Lowland Division...

Andre, I'm so old that I remember the instruction sheets that came in the packages with rolls of colour film. They warned you against taking pictures during the two hours after sunrise and the two hours before sunset. What foolish advice!
