This fog came rolling down the valley of the River Dee, where Llangollen is situated. It arrived quite quickly but didn't descend to river level. A phenomenon known as a 'fog wave' can sometimes be seen in this area, where fog spills out of a hollow in the hills and spreads downhill like a breaking wave on a beach. Also, it's not English weather, it's Welsh weather ;-)
