Pacific Beach is all about recreation... Kiteboarding is one of the most popular beach activities. Also notice the swimmers in the warm waves (water is usually near 70 degrees). The cliffs of La Jolla are near the horizon in this picture. No house in La Jolla could possibly be less than one million dollars (more like three to ten). Save your pennies.
