Town Lane -The make-up of the site includes two former landfill sites (our rubbish), unmanaged grasslands and large sections of land that has suffered from neglect and some abuse from anti-social behavior. Town Lane is also close to an area of social deprivation (in the top 70th percentile of the National Index of Multiple Deprivation).Thats things like Health,ability to get out and find a job,facilities like transport,shops, and amenities like swimming baths and libraries.
