Amelia, a wonderful photo! Great composition! Y*! It makes me dream of the sea. I simply love the sea and those sailing boats. When I passed a night in Ullapool last June, I felt so happy seeing such a beauty. I haven't uploaded the photos yet.

Hello May, she was a bit of a stately clipper I have to say. Thanks for a great comment and a YS. It's been up for a bit of time this one. How far away from the sea are you where you live and how long does it take to get to it? I too love the sea, and since I've lived in England I've taken to gardening. But I absolutely love our lifestyle in Norway because of the sea. I bet, like me, you can watch it changing every second of every day. Did you enjoy Ullapool? Funnily enough my parents went on their honeymoon there, and I have never been, so I look forward to seeing your new postings.

Amelia :)

Amelia, since I was able to read books, I have been reading adventure books about the sea, whenever I have found one. I live in a landlocked country, it takes hundreds of km to get to the sea, though some of Europe's rivers, like the Rhine, Rhone, Ticino, Inn, finally end up in different oceans like the North Sea, Mediterranean Sea, the Adriatic Sea and the Black Sea.

I have started a photo documentation with the tag 'TraveldocuSwiss', in which I show the places of the river's birth. There are up to now 82 photos. The next series will be in January.

Ullapool is a very nice place, but I stayed only one night. I was happy to do some photos of the beautiful clipper. Actually I wanted to go to Harris with the ferry, but I was too late, it just left the harbour, when I arrived. ;)

I look forward to his series May. So that's the secret, don't just add random photos, but plan a pageant! I am far too over enthusiastic, and must learn to dance a measured step.

Greetings, Amelia

Amelia, the series already exists partly as I mentioned above. What secret do you mean??? There is no secret at all behind it. It's just my way to present photos. The original idea was, to show and tell my friends in real life about my journeys. I didn't know then, that I would get an echo from Panoramio members. My main aim is still the original idea to get my friends and family see the places, I visited. :)

Greetings, May
