Wonderful picture, Marilyn.
My wife and I were looking around and taking pictures in this church when the priest suddenly appeared. I was afraid we'd be chastised for taking pictures inside the church. Instead, he turned the lights on for us and gave us a guided tour.
Only after we returned to the States did I see the priest's picture in a Conde Nast magazine and learn that he was in fact the Bishop. What a surprise!
Thank you for reminding me of our time in Malta.
Best wishes, Leo
I know well the apprehension you felt, Leo! That was a nice surprise--and a further surprise when you got home! Cheers, Marilyn
Very nice Marilyn, lovely lighting and the sign is a nice contrast.
Best wishes, John
Very nice shot with great light ! - I like the sign as well in the picture !
Great shot of this very beautiful sculpture, Marilyn! Greetings, Anne
Another great capture Marilyn. The sign looks more like a description than an instruction.
A superb picture of a superb sculpture dear Marilyn ! Congratulations.
My best regards, Jacques
The sign and the sculpture are perfect together. Thanks, Marilyn, I love this one!
Thank you, John, pingu57, Anne, Keith, Jacques, and Nawitka. And Keith, you are right: the sign seemed more descriptive than prescriptive.
Best wishes, Marilyn
A lovely sculpture with a beautiful light,Marilyn. Cheers, Daniela
Thank you, blai and Daniela. I think it probably slows my breathing and lowers my blood pressure just to sit and look at the picture! Cheers, Marilyn
