Yep I was away from Panoramio for some time, because their system didn't put my latest pics on the map (now it's fixed so I'm back).

The other reason is that the nice weather season is definitely gone now, so I work on stock material for this "picture of the day" collection (this one was shot on June 21st, 2008).

I have no secret against chromatic lens aberations. My camera simply delivers pictures like this, and it's a quite cheap one nowadays (I bought it for €400 in 2004, this means that today it would be worth no more than €50)
