These buildings are derelict which seems a shame. Yet such a great design and they stand out on GE.

Why? Normally people pay a premium for riverside properties. Strange corrugated roofs - must be noisy when it rains or hails.

Good question. After research it looks like these council owned bedsits are too costly to repair because of the unusual design... Britannia Court Luckily it never rains hard in Derby... just a constant light drizzle!
