Drawbridge 2 (Tunnel System 3) of the North Center Bastion on the Western Heights, Dover.
Only some of the main beams of the drawbridge remain. One of the two counterweights can be seen on the tunnel floor - until the late 1960s the drawbridge was intact and could be operated using the counterweights.
A sloped tunnel on the other side of the drawbridge leads up to the surface of the North Center Bastion 'island'.
Behind the viewer, Tunnel 1 leads down to the Caponnier. Around the corner to the right, T2 crosses Drawbridge 3 and ends at the T2/T3/T4 junction.
Not as dark as the other Tunnel Systems but it would still be quite dim without the camera flash.
