Thanks for calling by Tonia and FF+FF, I must be a bit of an anorak taking photos of planes - how sad! I want to get one flying past the moon, like Busa Peter's, now all I need is the moon. Bob ;o)---

Fasten your seat belts! On your right side, you will see a beautiful sunrise!
Well done and I wish you the moon for the next fly!
Greetings Harry

Thanks Gabe, as you can see I like these colours too.
Blai, this is the second of a sequence of 6 shots I managed to take in the space of a couple of seconds as the plane went overhead. That is one of the advantages of the D80 over my previous camera. I'm sure your D60 can do the same. Bob

I agree blai, the response time is very important for most photographic situations but not all. You can get good results with a point and shoot camera but the instant reaction of our cameras, for example, gives an extra dimension. I am away to Grand Cayman next week to visit my son who works there and I am hoping to find the occasional "Kodak moment", watch this space. ;o)-- Bob

Evening Bob, I agree with you totally, the colours in this shot really are something else! Sure I have seen some amazing sunsets painted by mother nature, purple, red, yellow and pink skies, but you don't often see colours like these! :) Sam
