Only an "Ignaront fool" will call this "Poor Houses". It's traditional housing for this particular tribe. The land around this house belongs to the "Poor" tennant, as well as any live stock or crop surrounding it. Not everybody that has money want to stay European way. Many tribes in South Africa prever to stick to heritage.
