This is the shot you mean Artemis :)) Great sun bursting through the dark clouds and the wonderful shapes in the sand . Great title too, but you might consider correcting the word "Trough" to "Through" ~ which is what I think you mean. :) xxx

Wonderful shot

Thank you my dearest friend! For your kindest appraisal and your advice (if you weren't here, how would I improve my english?! I am really sorry, I don't like use other languages mistaking and "damaging" their grammatical structure)...and thank you for having understood immediately what I meant! :))

But above all, thank you for your kindest words, I am so glad that you like this picture and the title's meaning, too.

Hugs, Greetings and Frienldy thanks! :))

Questa l'hanno vista in 4 gatti, Vale! Peccato, perché l'effetto post marea meritava qualche visita in più. ;-))

Un bacione! :)))) Sergio

;) Vale

Thank you for posting this excellent photo Valerie....The thought provoking image portrays the forces of nature in harmony.

Wide open beaches, soft sands swept by the restless sea...shafts of brilliant light streaming through the clouds, yet here, in my lifetime, the greatest conflict known to man was bravely fought on this innocent looking beach...

Let the eternal sweet light shine on their dearly departed souls always ;)

Kind regards sent your way!

Jim
