Yes - the little round window looks like the perfect target too - a holy in one perhaps....(forgive me!) ;o)

Thanks, Jazz, I hope your'e right!

Greengage, I hope you're forgiven, you're almost as bad as me, you know! :D

Thanks Tony, I must admit, I was rather chuffed with the way it came out!

Thank you, DiggaTwigga, I nearly made a classic boo boo and deleted a lot of the pictures I meant to keep, by not paying attention when I was culling some of my photos. Luckily this one just escaped the flying finger of doom!

Warm regards to you,

Sue

great composition Sue with your finger of doom!1 I agree that the window is the best target for the ball :) so it is a good job that your picture has frozen the action so to speak. A lovely shot Sue and a very Happy Christmas to you and yours

Sue Allen on December 16, 2008

Ha ha, Nick, you've been reading the comments - yes my finger of doom has a lot to answer for at times. It's always the one which also presses the send button in Windows live mail and I think "oh dear, now what have I done!?" Perhaps I should have a permanent band aid on it as well as my mouth!

Thanks so much for your Christmas greetings, which i would like to return to you with all my heart Nick!

Warm regards to you and yours,

sue

Thank you Billy I haven't seen another photo of St. Patrick's taken from this angle, but I bet there are a few around, as it was too good a chance to miss. There's a statue which must be St. Patrick himself on the other side of the church, I should go and have a look at him one of these days, but I'm avoiding town like the plague wherever possible as for some reason it seems to have become extremely busy. Could it be Christmas time again?!

Very best wishes to you, Billy, Sue
