Thanks Mira. I think I'll have to create a tag How to waste one's time photographing ice puddles. This puddle was very near a kindergarten, and I'm surprised that none of the children had trampled on it. I know I would have loved to have done that when I was 3 or 4 years old; but nowadays I am more careful. Greetings, Amelia

Good evening again Michael. The same ice puddle was very kind to me on that day. I spent a long time looking at it with fascination.

Thank you for your visit Nelly, and your comment. I'm so gald you like it. I spent about an hour looking at a large puddle that had frozen over, there were some fantastic pattrens in the ice.

Greetings from Norway, Amelia

They are funny aren't they Monika. I spent hours just peering into icy puddles, in fact I think everyone thought I was crazy.

I'm so glad you like the series, and also playing the game. I must thank Mira for the tag. You must visit her site as she also has some interesting ice macros.

Greetings, Amelia

Dear Luigi, I seem to have missed your wonderful compliment here! I am delighted with your Y* - it was interesting to look in those ice 'puddles' :))

Thank you River. I spent a bit of time here with my camera. The area is right next to a kindergarten, and I got some very funny looks ;)

Warm wishes to you both, Amelia

I managed to delete our mutual favorite photographers list somehow. Would you mind reinstating it? River

Amelia Royan on February 9, 2011

I think Panoramio is throwing a wobbly at the moment River, but I know you are still in my favourites list. I cannot see any names there though :(

Amelia Royan on February 9, 2011

All the names are back again - so don't worry :))))
