M-Lite.. Adopted!

MaryAlice on January 16, 2009

M-Lite? The name or the person? Are you up for adoption?

I'll adopt you! =)

M-Lite on January 16, 2009

Hi Mary Alice =)

I'm just finilysing a color calibration thru Photoshop. It balances my camera's way to see colors.

Funny.. :) So you'ld adopt me? You know I do the dishes and wash clothes.. And I do a lot more.. :)

But, I was only reffering to the name though..

You say Michel-Lite, Bruce refers to me already as M-Lite.. so it's done.. M-Lite.. That's the new Lite-me. :)

Hope to talk to you again before I leave to FL.

Very peaceful sleep to you my friend and warmest dreams!

Sue Allen on January 17, 2009

Did you say you do the dishes and wash clothes?? The southern hemisphere is far preferable than the northern hemisphere, M-Lite, it's warm all year around in this part of Queensland, and there's plenty of washing to keep you occupied! Free food; you can use the computer between the hours of 3 am and 6.30 am!

Only joking, of course, but I would love to see the look on your face, Mary Alice, as you think I may be attempting to snatch your dish washer from under your nose! :D

Happy happy day, I was totally confused, the dropped hints were confusing me more so, thank you for spelling things out for me, folks, Very best wishes to you both, sue

Thanks for the heads-up, Many congrats flying your way, I could not help noticing your rather long WEwee, are you on water tablets?

Mike the really funny guy from GEORDIELAND!, with the limp, eyed,....short of breath, hump on his back?? nickname is LUCKY?

Yeah, yoy got me now!!

M-Lite on January 17, 2009

Sue, I have to admit that Australia is a nice option.. but computer access only from 3:00am to 6:30am is not much. Plus, you have animals such as the great white sharks and these days we see in the news papers that you have more frequent shark attacks than before in Australia.. Is this true? :(

Thanks for the offer Sue but Mary Alice has the first option on me.. :)

Sue Allen on January 18, 2009

Well, OK then, Michel, since we're discussing this on Mary Alice's beautiful train photo, I guess I can live with that, but Michel, you don't have to go in the water, you know!:D There are no sharks in a swimming pool..

Still, if that computer access wouldn't be enough for you, then you'd best let Mary alice adopt you, because we're flat out all getting our turn on this thing as it is, which is why I'm more often than not doing my browsing in the middle of the night.

I am a little broken hearted, but I will recover, so my very best wishes to you, Michel, and to you, Mary Alice, see what a good loser I am!:D

Sue Allen on January 18, 2009

Actually, re the sharks, I think if that is the case, where there are more frequent shark attacks as of late, it may just be because there are more people in more areas of the coast, perhaps swimming or surfing in areas where there aren't shark nets, but I'm no expert on that..

Catch you soon,

MaryAlice on January 18, 2009

So then, it is official..... M-Lite is mine?

I am so proud! =) I always wanted to adopt an M-Lite of my very own.

Sue, I didn't intentionally mean to break your little heart. I would never want to do that.

Rest assured, just because I have adopted M-Lite, it doesn't mean that he will be any less accessible to you. I'm not really sure what it mean exactly, but it just seemed like the thing to say at the time! It sounded like big fun, and now I have my very own M-Lite!

M-Lite is in Florida tonight though I believe. =(

See . . . even when you adopt an M-Lite, it doesn't mean that they will actually be with you. He won't actually get to wash dishes or do the laundry for me. He will just be adopted in heart. =)

Speaking of sharks, Do you have a swimming pool, Sue?

Well, I must go and put some clothes in the washer since my M-Lite is off for the week.

Best regards to you both,

Mary Alice

Hi Mary Alice, Hi Sue

I have a few minutes so here I am to say hello from Florida! Hello!

It's been a warm day here today (about 70oF) I was quite surprise and happy :)

At the warmest, tomorrow and wednesnay it will drop down to about 50oF (mid-day temp)but it is still better than -18oF when I left Montreal..

So the adoption is official now!!? :)

(Sorry Sue..)

See Mary Alice, when you adopt an M-Lite, he's always there by toughts.. :)even when I'm away from home. I Mananed to get an Internet access after 60 minutes in trying. I had access problems with the hotel's network.

I'm meeting a supplier in a few minutes since he's leaving early tomorrow morning so I have to go but I shall catch you later.. Tomorrow maybe..

MA's M-Lite :)

Greetings from Florida!
