Lone tree of memories.

Selected for Google Maps and Google Earth

A new walk around my favourite reservoir brings me to this tree. Quite special to me, as I took a winter photo of it 35 years ago and won my first photographic award with it, this picture alone put me on the long beautiful path of photography. I hope you enjoy this slightly different take of it than the normal shots. Herb

Hi Paul, its not often I get someone as local as you on my gallery and so it it with pleasure that I welcome you. This picture is just a tiny part of my local shots that you might know and love in this area, in my gallery and so please look around more. Glad you like this.

Cheers, Herb

Paul - You Honour Me!, very happy to share a hobby and area with you.

Stuart thanks a lot for this.

Perhaps I shall stumble upon you both along the byways of Saddleworth one day.

Cheers my friends, Herb
