I like such places. The great challenge to photographer. You made very interesting photo. I admire the light, colours and charming vibe.
Lovely photo in the low light Alfred, not a place for me I think!
Alfred it is very interesting this "monument" and it is finest the story you said. I think that sometime it is good to write some words about a picture. Regards Enrico
Wow, this really looks like the entrance to Hell, I can imagine what it must have been like for a child to descend there. Great pic, though!
Hello Alfred. This photo brought to my mind the bad memories of when I was boy 8/10 years old during our spanish civil war 1936-1939. In our town was a lot of underground refugees, where people, as you say, were save there under. I remember too everybody had an small piece of wood like a pencil in the mouth between up and down teeth, to avoid body damage for boomb explosions thrown down by planes. Stairs of refugees were very similar to what is shown in your nice photo. Thank you and congratulations for how you awake interest for you shots in Panoramio.
Greetings from Reus, Catalonia, Spain. Rafael.
Stairway to hell? Auch schön. Ist jedesmal wieder überraschend bei Dir vorbei zu schauen.
