Thanks - It's a great hike to Manly from the Spit Bridge, with the spit being a fairly easy direct bus ride from downtown Sydney. The trail is amazingly wild for the location, with secluded beaches and bluffs - worth checking out if you have more tan a few days in the Sydney area!
