First time I saw Mt Ranier I was awestruck (i'm from the eastcoast. Finally I made it there on July 4th and wow! it was worth it. ..........firstname.lastname@example.org
So the NPS Rangers are now using F-15's to patrol the back country -- how thrilling.
Funny, though - these jets don't cast shadows. Must be super stealth...
or PhotoShop, eh?
Yea, I couldn't believe it either. Traveling that fast, no shadows! wow! It really was the 4th of July.
So this is a photoshop of three separate photos of three unknown locations with coordinates in the middle of the pacific and it actually made it into google earth? Wierd.
Gee Thanks! Sorry. Don't know how Mt Rainier ended up in the middle of the Pacific.
National Park Service doing the same in Alaska to attack the mountain climbers, including war veterans, who refuse pay the $200 tax for the RIGHT to walk on their "public land" of Denali.

Dude, that's just painful. The jets (F-14s by the way, not 15s) are in a sharper focal plane than anything else in the picture... even though the landscape stretches from in front of them to way behind them. Also, the aliasing around the canopy of the rear jet.. yikes.
Gaussian blur is your friend, if you're workin' quick and dirty. ;-)
Points for a fun idea though... and for actually getting it into Google Earth! ;-)
It was a fun picture.
Can't believe that the National Park Service is doing flyby's in the Denali's to scare climbers.
This type of picture should go somewhere else other than on Panoramio. Let's keep the pictures on here as close to realistic as possible.
Great pic... too bad you are so poor with PS. Might have a good career with Seth Green's team on Robot Chicken, though.
Would like to see some of your work. Send me a link.
Love this photo real or not, good work!
